Where we ship, and how long it takes.
We ship across India from Jaipur. Estimates below are our honest ranges, not best-case promises.

Shipping charges
Shipping is ₹79 flat, free above ₹799, anywhere in India. Prices on the site include all taxes.
Packing and transit
We pack in 1–2 business days and couriers take 3–7 business days after dispatch. Most orders arrive 4–9 business days from order to arrival.
How it ships
Jars are sealed, wrapped and placed in a rigid outer carton. We do not ship jars loose in a poly bag.
If something arrives damaged
Email [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the parcel and jar. We will read it and reply with what we can do.
The honest small print
Food safety and returns. Because these are sealed food products, we cannot accept returns on opened jars. If a jar arrives damaged, leaking or with a broken seal, write to us within 48 hours with photographs and we will make it right.
Address changes. We can change a delivery address only before dispatch. Once a parcel has left us, the courier controls it.
Remote pincodes. A handful of pincodes take longer than our stated range, and a few are not served by our courier partners at all. If yours is one of them, we will email you before charging or dispatching anything.
Tracking. You will get a dispatch email with a tracking link at [email protected]’s reply address. Quote your order number in any message and we can look it up immediately.
